Returns you to the page from which the file was accessed (e.g., the File Info Center or Search Page) without saving your changes.

Click this button to reveal additional actions that can be taken on the file:

• Save – Saves your changes and allows you to continue working on the file.
• Close – when you close a file, you are signaling that it has been fully documented and no longer needs to be worked on. FilesThe electronic record created when a user submits an incident report, such as a fall or medication error, or when a patient provides feedback. Some organizations refer to files as events, reports, or cases. that have been closed can still be edited. To close a file, you must choose a Closed Status. (See Changing the File Status).
• Re-Open – only appears when you are viewing a file with the state Closed. When you click Re-Open the Choose File Status dialog displays, showing you that the file’s state will be changed to In-Progress and allowing you to choose a Status (Changing the File Status).
• Change File Type – if a user submitted a file as an Adverse Drug Reaction when it should have been submitted as a Medication EventA patient or employee related occurrence which is recorded in paper or electronic format. Once recorded, an event file is reviewed by a file manager who may involve other individuals (e.g. using tasks and follow-ups features) to help investigate and resolve the event., for example, use the Change File Type action to correct the file (Changing the File Type).
• Delete – when you “delete” a file, it is not removed from the RL6 database; rather, its file state is changed to Deleted. To delete a file, you must choose a Deleted Status and enter the Reason why the file is being hidden from user (see Changing the File Status).
• Un-Delete – this option only appears when you are viewing an file that has been deleted. It returns the file to its state prior to being deleted (e.g., from Deleted to In-Progress). You must confirm your decision to un-delete a file by clicking OK.
• Import File – uses data from another RL6 module to complete fields. (For RL6:Claims, data will be used to complete fields in the Event Details section (Completing the Event Details Section)). Importing a file allows you to link the two files. See File Import ConfigurationsSee File Import Configurations in the AdministratorThe person in charge of managing and maintaining RL6. Guide.
• Send to Another Module – this option allows you to select a form in another module to which to send file data so you can create another file for other purposes (Sending Data to Another Module).
• Checking User Access - this option allows administrators and file managers to check other users' access rights for the current file (Checking User Access to a File).
• Copy to New File – this option takes data from a management form and pre-populates a new submission form. See Copying to New File .
• File Properties – to view information about the file’s creation, its current state and status, and to provide access to other users who normally cannot view the file due to their scope(File Properties).
